FLOURISH PARENTING FOUNDATION COURSES
What you do as a parent is potentially the most influential, challenging and rewarding job in the world. But sometimes it can feel overwhelming and exhausting ..
Focusing on good science and creating a positive family culture, Flourish Parenting Courses help parents understand how the brain works and how emotions and reactions can be mastered and controlled, both for themselves and their children.
Flourish Parenting Courses run for 90 minutes one night a week, for 5 weeks.
The participants are parents of all ages, experiences and contexts. The atmosphere is relaxed and encourages sharing ideas and support as well as a laugh!
See below for course dates and locations. Spaces are limited, so booking is essential. To book a spot, please press the REGISTER NOW button. If you have any queries, you can send them through as well.
Parents start out on the Foundation Course, and then have the option to join topic courses that branch out into different areas, more specific to their own family context.
